Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy governs cancellations and associated refunds for orders placed on dcryonics.com. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

2. How to Cancel an Order

Login to your account and navigate to My Account → My Orders.
Locate the order and check its current status.
If cancellation is eligible, contact us immediately at info.dcryonics@gmail.com with subject line: CANCEL - [Order Number].
Include your registered email, order number, and reason for cancellation.

3. Cancellation by DCryonics

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

Stock unavailability.
Payment verification failure.
Force majeure events.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity.

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

4. Payment Failed Orders

If your payment failed but the amount was debited from your account, it will be automatically refunded by your bank/Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Contact us with your transaction ID if the amount is not refunded.
